There is one generic form to be completed by applicants. Please ensure that documents sent are certified and all documentation required is submitted. Incomplete forms will not be considered and may considerably delay the process.

Medical & Dental Fees
On application to be registered, you are required to pay to the Secretariat, the application fees:

Once your registration is approved, for the Practising Certificate you need to pay:

| Medical Interns (Annual Registration) | $100.00 |
| Medical Students – Years 1-6 (Annual Registration) | $10.00 |
| Vocational Registration – Medical Practitioners (Annual Registration) | $300.00 |
| Temporary registration – visiting doctors from overseas | $100.00 |
| Provisional Registration | $50.00 |
| Interim Registration | $50.00 |
| Vocational Registration -Dentists (Annual Registration) | $300.00 |
| Dentists in Government Service (Annual Registration) | $200.00 |
