Notification & Complaint

Any person can make a notification or complaint against a registered medical or dental practitioner for unprofessional conduct.

If the person rightfully believes that the practitioner has not discharged her or his duties professionally, the person can lay a complaint or some on behalf of the person can do so.

Complaints forms are to be lodged with supporting documents at the Secretariat in writing.

To avoid frivolous complaints a minimal fee of $10 has been introduced.
